We have two after hours drop boxes available, one inside the building lobby and one outside the building for your convenience.
Provider Orientation appointments will not
be available on the following weeks:

November 9th - November 13th
This interruption of service is to facilitate the migration to our new Provider Enrollment database system.

How to Become A Provider
If you are a new provider or a provider that has not been paid by IHSS in over a year; you will need to complete the Provider Enrollment Process.
Current Provider Enrollment Process
We are migrating over to a new database for provider enrollment. If you need to sign up to become a provider or need to go back through the provider enrollment process, the new link will be posted here on November 16, 2026.
If you are currently going through the process and already have an account set up in BOUNDS you may continue to complete your activities until Friday, November 6, 2026 at 5pm. You will receive an email with a username and temporary password for our new portal. You will be able to log into the portal on November 16, 2026.

Getting Started
Individuals approved to receive In-Home Supportive Services are Recipients. For questions regarding:
- Applying for IHSS services, contact Sacramento County IHSS at 916-874-9471.
Individuals that provide caregiving services to recipients are Providers. If you are already caring for a family member and need to apply to become a provider, please visit Provider Enrollment. For questions regarding:
